Cyberattacks can effectively block or disrupt the operation of telecommunication systems. Recently, DGT has created a solution that guarantees the seamless operation of critical communications. Even in a situation of total paralysis of the IP network.

The task of the system is to provide users with a full range of functions for remote operation of the available means of communication, eliminate problems related to the limited range of radio telephones, facilitate and improve telephone communication, and in particular, receive alarm calls and organize communication in emergency situations which require coordination of the work of many individuals and services at the same time.

Data transmission devices provide reliable transmission for various applications (e.g. suppliers of electricity, heat, gas and water). DGT communication devices (routers, modems) allow two-way transmission.

The systems manufactured by DGT are used by emergency number 112 operators throughout Poland. Our servers are working incessantly, 24 hours a day, allowing operators to receive calls from persons in need of assistance and redirect calls to specific services - the police, the fire brigade and the ambulance service.

DGT launches complete command stations at provincial, district and municipal headquarters. System implementation means handling all incoming and outgoing calls (telephone and radio) using one terminal (saving space at the workstation), recording all correspondence, queuing incoming calls, integration with the means of communications of other services, high ergonomics of work and flexible extension.

DGT's offer includes systems and equipment that have been operated in Polish police units for many years. These are province-range systems that enable centralized management of resources in a given area and such devices as a Radio Integrator for direct communication with other services or a Radio Gateway combining the radio driver, IP-telephony, intercom and correspondence registration functions.

The National Emergency Medical Services have been developing their systems for several years. DGT’s offer for the ambulance service includes supplies of radio and telephone systems, integrated communication systems ranging from one dispatch centre to province installations. The solutions provided by DGT can operate with various communication systems including those already possessed by individual units.

The DGT-MCS system is an invaluable tool for the dispatcher. Using the telephone module it is possible to arrange queues and monitor the waiting subscribers, create black and white lists. The radio module makes it possible to work with almost any analogue and digital system, with the ability to listen and broadcast at many radio stations simultaneously. The conference module gives the possibility to set up conferences between subscribers using various means of communication. AIn addition to typical functions related to the recording of calls, the recording module registers also information typical for radio transmission.

The offer for transport companies includes provision of services and equipment for voice and data transmission. The reference list includes seaports, rail infrastructure as well as airports. Dispatch communication systems with a local and nationwide range integrate various media, recording the conversations. Depending on the configuration and destination, they facilitate communication and take care of the transport traffic safety. They can be used for integration with services with which interoperability may be required and which use other means of communication.

Since 1991, we have been supplying digital communication systems with advanced dispatch functionality and transit telephone exchanges to the Armed Forces.
The share of DGT’s solutions in the fixed non-classified communications of the Ministry of National Defence is almost 95%. DGT products provide communication not only on the territory of the Republic of Poland, but also during the Polish military missions. Communications systems in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia, Chad, Pakistan, Republic of the Congo and Kosovo were built on the basis of DGT field exchanges.
