The communication system built in 2015 allows communication with the Air Medical Services and handling of calls at 999. The tasks are carried out by two concentrated dispatch centres located in Gdańsk and Słupsk. When building the system it was assumed that its future development should be taken into account.

A dispatch system built at 9 locations supporting the communication of repair services in the area covering almost ¼ of Poland. DGT has trained sever dozen dispatchers and administrators. The system is maintained in the scope of: remote control, immediate response time and recovery time, system administration, operational checks of hardware and software, technical inspections.

Dispatch systems supporting the work of the power station management, the power plant operation duty engineer, dispatchers of power units, radiological surveillance, communication between departments, crisis centre, administrative communication, emergency services and special services.
The Riabina analogue hands-free communication system (made Russia and Yugoslavia) was adapted to work with the digital dispatch connection system made by DGT.

The task of the centre is to receive and process emergency calls, coordinate operations and quick decision-making. All media and their availability are pictured on the dispatch console. Each of the three operators can simultaneously use radio, telephone and Internet communications. The system also allows registration and archiving of the entire voice mail.
